Our classes

All our classes are suitable for  all ages and abilities and require no physical fitness or prior experience. No yoga mat needed!

Below is a description of the three different kind of classes on offer to suit your group, workplace, retreat or event.

Classic Laughter Yoga 

Founded in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, Laughter Yoga is now practiced in over 100 countries worldwide. Each session begins with a brief introduction followed by the core practice: a series of laughter exercises, invigorating breathing techniques, and a laughter meditation. The experience concludes with a guided relaxation and a dedicated Q&A session.
Laughter yoga classes can be stand alone or run over a number of sessions.

Laughter Wellness

Following the  flow  of the classic yoga classes these sessions  weave together the best of Laughter Yoga with technique's from  positive psychology, NLP, mindfulness and meditation.
Focusing on holistic wellness the class aims to gently transforming stress and negativity into calmness, balance and lightness.
Laughter wellness works specially well for retreats, workshops and special events.

 

 

Special Settings

Specifically designed for individuals with reduced mobility, our seated Laughter Yoga sessions prioritize accessibility without sacrificing impact. We partner with care facilities, hospitals, and charities to support those recovering from illness or managing mental health. Every class is performed sitting down, providing the same joyful, restorative experience as our standing workshops.
